Ye olde tryp to Jerusalem pub (est. 1189) Apparently the oldest pub in England. Even if it isn't - it's the coolest. 
The upper storeys have been tunnelled into the rock under the Castle. Imagine drinking beer in a pub that dates from the time of Robin Hood beneath the castle of the Sheriff of Nottingham. Can England get better than that?
And it can - Dave's first taste of warm beer. England has suddenly got alot more fun! A good mate only an hour away - and St Patrick's Day is only 2 weeks away.
